These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website spamassagecusco.com and the services provided by Spa Massage Cusco, a professional massage and wellness center located in the Historic Center of Cusco, Peru.
By accessing our website, making a reservation, or receiving any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of this website, as well as booking any of our services, constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Minimum age: Our services are intended for persons aged 18 or older. Minors may receive certain services only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian present during the session.

Our Services
Spa Massage Cusco offers a range of professional therapeutic massage and wellness services, including but not limited to:
- Special Inca Massage
- Swedish Relaxing Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Hot Stone Massage
- Reflexology
- Shiatsu
- Couples Massage
- Sports & Recovery Massage
All services are performed by certified professional therapists in a clean, safe, and respectful environment. Service descriptions on our website are for informational purposes and may be updated without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, and to refuse service to any client who does not comply with these Terms or whose behaviour is inappropriate.

Booking & Reservations
Appointments can be made via WhatsApp, our website contact form, or in person at our premises. A booking is confirmed only once you have received an explicit written confirmation from us (via WhatsApp or email).
When booking, you agree to provide accurate information including:
- Your full name and contact number
- The service(s) requested
- Your preferred date and time
- Any relevant health conditions, allergies, or physical limitations
Arrival time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the same price to respect the next client's booking.
Same-day bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially during high tourist season (June–August and December–January).

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our therapists, whose income depends on scheduled sessions.

| Between 12 and 24 hours before | 50% of the session fee may be retained as a cancellation fee. |
| Less than 12 hours before or no-show | 100% of the session fee may be charged. |
| Emergency or illness (with notice) | We will do our best to reschedule at no extra cost. Please contact us as soon as possible. |
To cancel or reschedule, contact us via WhatsApp at +51 960 280 759 as early as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (therapist illness, force majeure). In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or rebooking at no additional cost.

Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in Peruvian Soles (PEN) and/or US Dollars (USD), as indicated on our website and at our premises. Prices include all applicable taxes.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash (PEN / USD)
- Bank transfer (Yape / Plin)
- Credit and debit cards (subject to availability at the time of service)
Important: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your session is the one confirmed at the time of booking. We will never charge more than the agreed price without your explicit consent.
For group bookings or packages of 3 or more sessions, please contact us directly to discuss applicable rates and conditions.

Health & Contraindications
Your safety is our priority. It is your responsibility to inform our therapists of any medical condition, injury, allergy, pregnancy, or recent surgery before your session begins.
Massage therapy may be contraindicated or require modification for clients with certain conditions, including:
- Infectious skin conditions or open wounds
- Fever, acute illness, or contagious disease
- Blood clotting disorders or use of blood-thinning medication
- Recent surgery (within 6 weeks) or fractures
- Pregnancy (especially first trimester — please inform us)
- Severe osteoporosis or active cancer
- Cardiovascular conditions (consult your physician before booking)
Altitude reminder: Cusco sits at 3,400 m (11,150 ft) above sea level. If you are experiencing acute altitude sickness (soroche), dizziness, or severe headaches, we recommend resting and consulting a doctor before receiving a massage. Massage can intensify circulatory effects at altitude.
Spa Massage Cusco is not a medical provider. Our services are complementary wellness treatments and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By booking a session, you confirm that you are medically fit to receive massage therapy, or that you have consulted a physician.
We reserve the right to decline or modify a service if our therapist reasonably believes it would be harmful to the client.

Client Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff. All clients are expected to:
- Treat therapists and staff with courtesy and respect at all times
- Arrive in reasonable personal hygiene
- Maintain appropriate behaviour throughout the session
- Communicate clearly if pressure, temperature, or technique needs adjustment
- Refrain from consuming alcohol or recreational substances before a session
Zero tolerance policy: Any form of sexual harassment, inappropriate requests, or threatening behaviour toward our therapists or staff will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment due, and may be reported to local authorities. We maintain a strict professional standard in all services provided.

Liability
Spa Massage Cusco and its therapists will not be held liable for:
- Any adverse reaction resulting from failure to disclose a medical condition prior to the session
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises (clients are advised not to bring valuables)
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- Inaccuracies or changes in information published on our website
Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific session in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Peruvian law.

Intellectual Property
All content published on spamassagecusco.com — including text, images, logos, videos, service descriptions, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Spa Massage Cusco or its licensed content providers and is protected by Peruvian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a link to our website) is permitted.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru, in particular:
- Código Civil del Perú (Civil Code of Peru)
- Ley N° 29571 – Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor (Consumer Protection Code)
- Ley N° 29733 – Ley de Protección de Datos Personales (Personal Data Protection Law)
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cusco, Peru. We will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably before initiating any legal process.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via a website notice or, where applicable, by direct message. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We recommend reviewing this page periodically, especially before making a new booking.
